************The Miracle League of Milwaukee fell just a few votes short of winning a $200,000 grant from Pepsi, taking 2nd place out of 15 projects in Major League Baseball's Pepsi Refresh Project. The Miracle League was nominated by the Milwaukee Brewers to compete for internet votes in the five-week-long campaign, and will still receive a $5,000 donation from Pepsi. A similar project sponsored by the Minnesota Twins to build a field for a youth wheelchair softball team won Pepsi's $200,000 grant. The Miracle League of Milwaukee congratulates the Twins and their project, and is very grateful to Pepsi for their $5,000 gift.
